Construction
The construction process is completed under the direction of lead construction manager Dennis Gornik ensuring exceptional build quality as well as designs that come to life as conceived. Dennis' experience ensures that all aspects of the process from material ordering and delivery through to the coordination of trades occurs according to a specific construction schedule.
Architectural Design
Tony brings a comprehensive understanding of architectural history, technical knowledge and an attention to detail that is unparalleled in the business. His breadth of experience gives him the ability to design in a variety of architectural styles, guaranteeing a unique and exceptional home. Tony Gornik can design a complete home for the client or they may choose to retain their own architect and provide us with the construction drawings.
