We work diligently with the client to determine a realistic construction schedule based on a variety of factors from the start of construction through to a client approved budget. Typically, the scheduling discussion begins before the design work starts and this is revisited as the design process progresses and nears completion.

Where we are appointed to design your home Tony Gornik will provide architectural design and consultation to fully realize your vision. Our design approach is tailored to each client’s aesthetic and lifestyle needs. The initial design discussions are brought to life in hand drawn sketches that reflect the skills of the designer and the objectives of the client.  Upon completion of this process, full digital auto-cad plans will be prepared to initiate the required municipal approval process.  Our goal is to achieve an enjoyable and successful design process for the client.
